Post hole digger gearbox is a core agricultural power transmission component specially matched for tractor post hole drilling machines. It converts the low-speed high-torque power output from tractor PTO shaft into stable drilling power for auger bits, realizing vertical excavation of soil, fence holes, tree planting holes and engineering foundation holes.

Main Components of Post Hole Digger Gearbox

1. Cast Iron Gear Housing

High-strength grey cast iron shell, integrated casting molding, strong anti-vibration and anti-impact ability, internal oil storage cavity for lubricating oil storage, independent heat dissipation structure to avoid high temperature damage under long-time drilling work.

2. Spiral Bevel Gear Set

Precision forged spiral bevel gear pair, high transmission efficiency, low noise, stable torque output, support long-term heavy load continuous operation, surface quenching treatment to extend wear service life.

3. Input & Output Shaft Assembly

Standard spline input shaft matched tractor PTO; thickened output shaft connects auger drill bit, equipped with high load bearing to resist radial and axial impact during digging hard soil, stone mixed soil.

4. Sealing & Lubrication System

Double-layer oil seal structure prevents lubricating oil leakage and mud intrusion; independent oil filling port and oil drain port, convenient daily maintenance and oil replacement, effectively reduce gear wear failure rate.

5. Fixed Mounting Bracket

Integrated mounting flange with multi-position bolt holes, compatible with most mainstream post hole digger rack structures, quick installation and disassembly, stable connection without shaking during high torque drilling.
