We are committed to providing a wide range of products to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and industrial customers in over 60 countries worldwide, including agricultural gearboxes, PTO drive shafts, worm gear reducers, planetary drives, hydraulic cylinders, gears, roller chains, and electric motors.

We also offer design and custom manufacturing services for various industrial and agricultural gearbox housings and assemblies (materials: ductile iron, cast iron, cast steel, precision cast steel, cast aluminum), gears, sprockets, worm gears, pulleys, worms, shafts, and other standard and non-standard mechanical parts.

Today we operate from a 30,000 m² integrated manufacturing complex with in-house CNC gear hobbing, gear grinding, heat treatment, hydraulic cylinder honing, assembly, and quality testing under one roof. Our team includes over 40 degreed mechanical engineers across product engineering, application engineering, and quality assurance functions.

How We Make Transmission Components That Last

Our production process is designed around the principle that quality cannot be inspected into a product — it must be built in at every stage. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Raw Material Intake

All steel bar stock and forgings are incoming-inspected for chemical composition via optical emission spectrometry (OES) and dimensional check against EN 10204 3.1 mill certificates before entering our warehouse.

CNC Machining

Gear blanks are turned on Mazak and Doosan CNC lathes to tolerances of ±0.01 mm. Gear tooth cutting uses Liebherr gear hobbing machines with automatic pitch error compensation, producing DIN quality 6–8 gear geometry.

Heat Treatment

Case carburising and induction hardening are performed in-house on programmable continuous furnaces. Core hardness 30–35 HRC, surface hardness 58–62 HRC. Metallurgical reports accompany each batch to our quality lab.

Grinding & Finishing

Precision gear grinding on Klingelnberg machines achieves tooth profile tolerances of DIN quality 5–6. Hydraulic cylinder bores are honed to Ra 0.2–0.4 μm. Chrome plating (hard chrome 25–35 μm) on cylinder rods is verified by X-ray fluorescence coating thickness gauge.

Assembly

Gearbox assembly in dedicated clean bays with torque-controlled fastening. Every gearbox receives an oil fill to manufacturer specification and a no-load run-in test before bearing pre-load is set. PTO shafts are assembled and torque-tested to the rated value of the selected torque limiter.

Final Inspection & Dispatch

Three-coordinate measurement (CMM) on critical dimensions. Hydraulic cylinders proof-tested to 1.5× working pressure per ISO 10100. Full dimensional inspection report and material certificate package compiled before products are released to our shipping department.
